What you can ask us to delete

You can ask us to delete your whole account, or only some of your material. This page is for https://rallyai.us.

• Your account.
• Your business profile and brand guide.
• Your campaigns and landing pages.
• The images and videos we generated for you.
• Your post and ad records.
• The results and leads we hold for you.

How to ask, step by step

• Email info@kunuus.com from the email address you sign in with.
• Use this subject line: Delete my Rally data.
• Say whether you want the whole account deleted, or only some material. If only some, say which.
• We reply to that email address to check that it is you.
• We delete the data and confirm by email, within 30 days.

What we delete, and what we may keep

If you ask for the whole account, we delete your business profile, brand, campaigns, pages, media files, post and ad records, results, leads held for you, and your account.

We may have to keep a small amount of data, such as basic records, only where the law requires it. If that applies, we say so when we reply.

Leads from landing pages

Landing pages that business owners publish can collect contact details from visitors. We hold those leads for the business owner who published the page. We process them on that owner's behalf.

If you filled in a form on one of these pages, you can ask us at info@kunuus.com. We will either pass your request to the business, or delete your details.

Remove access you gave to other services

Deleting your Rally data does not change settings inside other services. You can remove Rally's access yourself.

• If you connected a social or scheduling account, remove Rally's access in that service's own settings.
• If you connect an ad account in future, remove Rally's access in the ad platform's own settings. Today Rally does not hold access to any ad account.
• If you signed in with Google, you can remove Rally from the connected apps in your Google account.

What we do not control

• Copies on platforms you posted to.
• Files you downloaded.
• Content that was already published.

For platforms that ask for a deletion callback

Some platforms, such as Meta and Google, ask for a data deletion instructions page or a callback. We handle deletion requests by email at info@kunuus.com. There is no automated callback. Follow the steps above and we will reply to you.
