Who we are and what Rally does

the Rally team runs Rally at https://rallyai.us. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean the Rally team.

Rally is software that helps small business owners, creators and founders plan their marketing. It proposes a marketing direction, a brand guide, a campaign, a landing page, images and short videos, social posts and ad packages. You approve each thing in Rally. Rally checks drafts against your brand rules and common platform rules.

You can use Rally in its web app, or through an AI assistant (Claude) connected to Rally. When you use Claude, the conversation happens in Claude. Rally receives only the requests the assistant sends to it.

What information we collect

We keep this to what Rally needs to work.

  • Account: your email address, and how you sign in (email or Google sign-in).
  • Your business and marketing material: your business profile (name, description, audience, goals, channels, country, language, time zone and the budget you state), your brand guide (voice, words to use and avoid, colours, fonts, logo link), campaign plans, landing pages, generated images and videos, social post drafts and ad packages.
  • Results you record: spend, leads, customers and revenue.
  • Approvals: what you approved, and who approved it. We also keep a record of assistant activity that is needed for approvals.
  • Leads from landing pages you publish: the contact details visitors send, for example an email address and the message they choose to write, with a consent tick box.
  • Technical data needed to run the app: what is needed to keep you signed in and the app working.

Why we use it

  • To give you your account and let you sign in.
  • To plan, draft and check marketing for your business.
  • To generate images and video from briefs you approve.
  • To record your approvals and your results.
  • To keep Rally safe and working, for example by limiting how many generations and posts can be made each day.

What Rally does not do

If that ever changes, we would ask for your explicit access first. We would use it only for campaigns you approve.

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not use personal data for advertising.
  • Rally does not send, publish or spend anything by itself. Posts and ads need your approval.
  • Today, an approved social post is sent to your scheduling tool (Metricool) as a draft. Ads are prepared as a launch sheet. You enter it in the ad platform, and you start it yourself.
  • Rally does not currently hold access to any ad account.

Leads from your landing pages

If you publish a landing page, it may collect contact details from your visitors. You decide what to do with them. We store them for you and handle them on your behalf. If you are a visitor who sent your details through one of these pages, the business that published the page is the one to ask about them.

Who helps us run Rally

We use these service providers, and only for the reasons below.

  • Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase: hosting and our database.
  • Google (Gemini and Veo models): to generate images and video from briefs you approve.
  • An AI service gateway: to power the chat in the app.
  • Metricool: only when you approve a post to be sent to your scheduling account.
  • Google sign-in: only if you choose to sign in with Google.

Where your data is processed

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. By using Rally, you understand that your information may be handled outside the country where you live.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it, or until your account is closed. The exception is anything the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • show you the information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is wrong;
  • delete your information and your account;
  • take back an agreement you gave us;
  • stop using your information in a way you object to.

How to use your rights

Email info@kunuus.com. If you have an account, write from the email address on your account so we know it is you. We will reply within 30 days.

To delete your data and account, see /data-deletion. When we delete a business, we remove its profile, brand, campaigns, pages, media files, post and ad records, results and leads we hold for it, and the account.

How we keep data safe

No system is perfectly safe. We cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong.

  • Data is stored per business, with row-level security.
  • Only Rally's server can write data.
  • Access is checked on every request.
  • Only the owner can approve.
  • Text from websites is treated as untrusted.
  • Files sit in a private store and are shown through short-lived links.
  • There are limits on how many generations and posts can be made per day.

Cookies and similar storage

We use only what is needed to keep you signed in and the app working. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

Rally is for adults who run a business. It is not for anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will deal with it.
