What Rally is and who these terms are between
Rally is software that helps small business owners, creators and founders plan their marketing. It can propose a marketing direction, a brand guide, a campaign, a landing page, images and short videos, social posts and ad packages.
These terms are between you, the business owner who uses Rally, and the Rally team. By using Rally, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Rally.
Using Rally
- Rally is for adults who run a business. It is not for children.
- Keep your sign-in safe. Do not share it. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One owner approves things. Only the owner can approve posts, ads and other items before they go anywhere.
- An owner can add members and viewers. You are responsible for what the people you add do in Rally.
What Rally does and does not do
Rally prepares and checks marketing work for you. It checks drafts against your brand rules and common platform rules. You decide what to use.
Rally does not send, publish or spend anything by itself. Nothing is sent, published or spent without your approval.
- Today, an approved social post is sent to a scheduling tool (Metricool) as a draft.
- Today, ads are prepared as a launch sheet. You enter the launch sheet in the ad platform yourself, and you start the ads yourself.
- Creating campaigns directly in your connected ad accounts, paused and with your approval, is in development. It is not live.
Your responsibilities
You are the publisher of your marketing. Rally helps you, but you stay responsible for it.
- Every claim you make must be true, and you must be able to prove it.
- You must own what you give to Rally, or have the right to use it.
- You must hold the rights and any licences needed in your field.
- You must follow the rules of every platform you use and the laws of every place where you advertise.
- Your ad accounts and payment methods stay yours.
- You pay ad spend directly to the ad platforms.
- Some topics need extra care. These include credit, jobs, housing, politics, health, finance and crypto. Platforms may restrict ads in these areas, and the laws are often stricter.
AI-generated content
Rally uses AI to help write text and to make images and video. AI can be wrong. Its results can also be similar to other content.
You must review everything before you use it. Check facts, names, prices, offers and claims.
Some platforms and laws ask you to label images or video made with AI. If that applies to you, you must add the label.
No promises about results
We do not promise any result. We cannot promise leads, sales, customers, revenue or reach. Marketing results depend on many things we do not control.
Rally does not give legal, financial, tax or investment advice. If you work in a regulated field, you stay responsible for what you may say and where you may advertise. Ask a qualified adviser when you are unsure.
Acceptable use
You must not use Rally to:
- make or share anything unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or harmful
- send spam
- try to break, probe or overload Rally
- get around the rules of an ad or social platform
Third-party services and platforms
Rally works with other services, such as scheduling tools, ad platforms and Google. Their own terms apply when you use them. We do not control them.
Platforms can reject, limit or remove your ads and posts. They can do this even if Rally checked the draft. That is their decision, not ours.
Limits on use
To keep Rally fair and stable, there are daily limits on how much media Rally can generate and how many posts it can prepare. We may change these limits.
Charges
Rally is not charging yet. If we add a subscription, we will agree it with you before you pay anything.
Advertising spend is separate. You pay it to the ad platforms, not to us.
Your content and our service
You keep ownership of your material. This includes your business details, brand, logos, text, images and results.
You allow Rally to process your material so that it can provide the service to you. We use it for that, and for nothing else.
Rally keeps its own software and design. These terms do not give you any rights to them, other than the right to use Rally.
To learn how we handle personal data, please read our privacy policy at https://rallyai.us/privacy.
Stopping use
You can stop using Rally at any time. You can also ask us to delete your business data and account. See /data-deletion for how.
We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why.
Liability
Rally is still in development. We provide it as is. We try hard to make it work well, but it may have mistakes or be unavailable at times.
We are not responsible for lost revenue or lost customers that come from your marketing results.
Nothing in these terms limits anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Rally grows. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. The latest change was on 2026-10-20. If you keep using Rally after a change, you accept the new terms.
